My dad brought his deer in to be processed(summer sausage, jerky, and sticks) the first day of 2015 rifle season. We are still waiting to get his meat back! It is now the middle of February! We will not be going back.

Love this place! It's 20min away but we'll worth the drive. I recently got a big green egg and had so many new recipes to try and best way to do them was with fresh cuts from a butcher shop. The NY strip is to die for and it was almost half as much as meats from the Baxter meat shop. Came in today and asked for pork belly and they took the time to go through the back and get me one, and to add to that, their smoked teriyaki beef sticks were amazing last time I was there I picked up 1 pack to try, they didn't have any on display, but as soon as I asked, they went to the meat room and made me 3 packs on the spot!! It's my new forever place!

They have a huge assortment of brats, been fun to try different ones, but my family loves the traditional one. We almost always get a fresh steak cut when we are up at the cabin. Great service, nice variety!!

The place feels like the old style butcher shop. Good job small business owner! The beef sticks are great, if you’re not sure ask for a sample. Parking is easy with the new lot across the street! Staff has always been friendly, if not it must be you.

It's great to stumble upon a meat market that loves what they do. I saved this place as an option for processing if I was in a time pinch during hunting season and while I have not used them for bothering her, their prices are competitive and given the product inside I'd be inclined to recommend. The brats are fantastic - a bit more spiced but not spicy - than the typical fare, and they have some great flavors. The jerky is good to great; the original flavor is a bit under seasoned to my liking but the quality will make anyone a believer.

Great old fashioned meat market, which in my opinion is good. Killer bacon, MANY kinds of bratwurst and smoked meats. The cashier is fun, and could sell swamp land to a Floridian! Yes, I bought to much good stuff. Stop there every time I am going through, never disappointed yet.

There homestyle brauts are delicous! Great flavor, texture, and not too fatty. So good we went back to have them for a second dinner. We also purchased their bacon which had a slight smokey flavor and kept their thickness after frying. It was friendly service and other quality goods like eggs and my favorite amish butter. All reasonably priced.

DO NOT trust them with doing your mount! I dropped my bear off over 2 1/2 years ago and was told it would be done last September. It is now 7 months late and every time I call he either doesnt call me back or says it's almost done. Really sucks considering that was my first bear and now I dont even know if I an ever going to get it back!!!

Always a place to get something for the grill and don't forget to load the freezer. Brat's, steaks, beef sticks and pork jerky just a few items I got today. They also have venison sticks, jams, bread and seafood. Love this place, friendly staff and quick in and out. If you're passing by, stop in you won't be disappointed!

Wow, stopped and picked up steaks for my hunting trip.They hand cut 5 strip steaks for us just the way I wanted them. The steaks where outstanding!!!! My new go to place for meat even though its a 25 mile drive.
