I brought them my venison after a terrible experience the year before with another market that added almost 25% fat. I liked that they made thuringer sausage, but especially that they would grid my burger to my specifications. I like my burger lean with only 10% beef fat. They did a GREAT JOB! I could not be more satisfied and their prices are reasonable too.

Small but what they carry is really good quality. I would highly recommend the beef stew meat as it is a top sirloin and tastes like pot roast meat. Fabulous! Great service too:)

I love going to Bonngard's! Staff is always friendly & food is always great! Always a great selection of fresh & frozen meats. The brats & hamburger patties are a must for grilling! And of course the meat sticks are great too! This is the only place we buy meat from.
