Hands down favorite place to buy meats. Always the best cuts, their smoked pork chops are delicious you dont have to put any seasoning on them at all. Also their selection of brats is crazy big, the blueberry ones are definitely one of my favorites. All of the staff are great friendly people too which is awesome

I stopped by the store for the first time ( don’t live in area) on 9-9-19 and was blown away. The service was like nothing experienced back home and selection was spot on for this size shop. We tried the brats and they are the best one can find, the flavors developed were spot on. Never have I had a sausage with so much flavor that condiments would be an insult to the well crafted food. I visit the area camping frequently and will never bring meat camping again. We WILL be stopping by first day to stock up. I wish they hadn’t closed for the night as I wanted to call and thank the owners for their unbelievable work. Thank you !

RMC is usually a tad more expensive than Hardings or Meijer, but the quality of RMC meats is higher too. The owner is a local guy and quickly treats regulars like old friends. He is always courteous, professional and happy to answer questions or help with special purchases.
