Very limited selection, paid 9.99 lb. For steak that was tougher than shoe leather! They don't take credit or debit cards so you have to pay 2.75 to use their ATM machine. Pretty slick way to make even more money

They have the best-looking Delmonico's t-bones and porterhouses that I've ever seen. Great cuts of meat and great prices. They even offer smoked sausages with cheese jalapeno. I came to grab the chicken gizzards for Thanksgiving for gravy

We drove 30 miles because of the TV ad and raves about the bacon. Bacon is ok but more like smokey ham than bacon we're accustomed to. Very little fat, not salty, and makes basically no grease when cooked, don't expect to make gravy. The most shocking thing of all was seeing the $7.99 a pound price tag, they don't tell you that in any of the ads. I bought good smoked bacon from my local butcher on sale yesterday for $2.29 a pound. I'll stay home from now on.

Made the trip out here to get birthday steaks on new years eve,got there just before he closed. I got 3 of the best porterhouse steaks. Worth my trip from now on.

Did a pound of bacon due to all the hype seen on tv. Well, it unfortunately wasn't the taste that we thought it would have been. Tasted just like the bacon you can buy in the store that's smoked. Also bought 2 different flavors of "their" version of jerky. Haven't tried that yet. Hopefully it's better.

I purchased a standing rib roast for Christmas (4 bone) that was awesome! I have always enjoyed their selection and meats from their brauts, & beef short ribs. I have you recommend this butcher shop.

Have some of the best steaks I have ever tasted. Now you have to pay with cash only.... Huge problem.
