Words can't describe how lucky we are to have this place in Grand Rapids. Evan and Aiden are true craftsmen. They take such pride in their work and provide only the best quality meats at a reasonable price. We have already decided to only buy our meats from EA Brady's. Whenever we have come into the shop, Aiden and Evan always offer amazing advice, facts about the different cuts and processes they use, and sources from which they get their meat. Just a couple highlights: Their smoked deli ham is incredible, their bacon is flawless and delicious, and I can't express in words just how tasty that breakfast sausage is. I love being able to support two true artists making a great impact in their community. Thank you EA Brady's!

These dudes know meat. They butcher it, smoke it, cure it, cut it properly, and are extremely knowledgeable. I'd recommend the bacon, chops, and pretty much anything on special. Furthermore, they have some staples like delicious, organic eggs, milk, and some other pantry staples. Go there. Trust me.

Locally raised sustainable - the beef is amazing - 21 days dry aged, beautifully marbled and delicious! Terrific service! All items in store are house made - pastrami, corned beef other side dishes. If it's not made in house they will tell you - the service and the integrity is refreshing! Support our local farm to table businesses - you will taste a difference!

We love E. A. Brady's. Their meats are the best and the guys are really helpful. Steaks, chicken, porkchops, sausages, you can't go wrong. Yeah, you're going to pay a little more than had you went to a box, but you just can't beat the quality and service.

We bought a couple of wonderful dry aged NY Strips - absolutely delicious. We are now spoiled and can't find a better steak out. Simple dry rub of salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, ground coriander and a touch of raw sugar. Why waste time with supermarket meat when we have this gem in our back yard? Buy local.

Straight up the best tasting and best quality meat I've ever had in my entire life. They make their own deli meats in house and I won't eat any other cold cuts now. Service is incredible, the guys will take their time and express how they made everything to you, and will keep you with your selection. Oh, and Saturdays before noon, they have the BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICHES ON THE PLANET. Every week they have a selection with bacon, sausage and more, but I just other the weekly special and am never disappointed. Today my car was in the shop and I took an Uber from across town rather than miss the sandwich. It's that good. Basically these dudes are meat and cheese wizards, and are also some of the nicest folks I've ever met to boot. Go there. I promise it's worth the trip.

Custom grind Bratwurst, awesome! I called and asked if I could get a custom grind on Bratwurst as I feel that many are slightly too lean (and dry). After a few moments talk I had an order for 5 lbs ground as suggested, I picked them up a few days later and boy am I pleased. Both gentlemen in the shop are obviously passionate about their craft and we spoke for several minutes.

Friendly and positive. My son and I really enjoy their bacon. I would say that it is the best that I have ever had. The sliced roast turkey for lunch meat is excellent. We like the Fennel sausage, and the beef sticks are delicious. I highly recommend this butcher shop!

The bacon is the best I've ever had. The steaks are amazing and they have many other wonderful items like frozen stock etc. They are knowledgeable and generous as well. The last few times I've smoked a brisket they have provided me the butcher paper to wrap it with without a purchase. Great local butcher shop!
