Been a customer Bob's for a lot of years. He does an excellent job but it's smoked meats Salamis and cheese's! If you need any custom meat work done, he is your guy!

Fabulous, unique meat market. Incredible selection, lots of frozen meats in perfect portions, plus the best smoked salmon on the planet. This is small place off the beaten track, but worth the effort to find it.

I love the bacon (regular and maple) the breakfast sausage (same), the lunch meat (especially the salami), the brats, the potato sausage, and you can get a whole bunch of frozen cuts as well. There's usually delicious heat and eat food available as well. And don't miss the snack stick/ smoked string cheese pairs. Oh, or the hot calabrese salami. Or the braunschweiger. See what i'm getting at? XD

We picked up our favorite, jalapeño bacon, which is incredible! The nice girl working there talking us into some smoked jumbo shrimp (WOW!) & smoked whitefish (Another WOW!). So we said what the heck, grabbed several flavors of jerky (can’t go wrong with ANY flavor!), a couple of spreads (I got the shrimp/crab & horseradish......omg; my son got a bacon/cheddar & jalapeño one), a seasoned chicken breast for my son, an asst of trailsticks (all delicious!) & finally some hamburgers w/ cheddar cheese. They even had delicious brioche buns! If I lived closer I would be penniless, but vety happy!
