Excellent experience just recently with the Country Butcher's catering menu. Ordered sandwiches, shrimp, and some other hot items (wings and sausages). All very nicely prepared, on time, and reasonably priced. My guests thoroughly enjoyed all the food and asked where we had gotten it.

I just moved to the area and was glad to find this place. Great selection of meat and seafood as well as phenomenal made to order sandwiches! I bought a couple briskets, multiple steaks, as well as chicken. Everything was great! I'd would totally recommend stopping by for your BBQ and lunch time needs.

It may be easier to buy your meats and cheeses when you are already at the grocery store, but you won't regret shopping here instead. It fits Groton like a glove.

I've had pastrami sandwiches the world over and today"s was the best of all of them! Juicy, succulent and delicious. I saved some for my wife and she nearly wept at the flavor. Seriously.wonderful staff and service. Two suggestions which do not detract from the quality: consider placing a trach container near the picnic table and cleaning the table periodically through the day. A wide assortment of meats, cheeses and spices in the shop as well.

These guys are a no nonsense operation that let the high quality food lead the way. If you want ambiance and hugs, the California way, go to Trader Joe's. If you want great food delivered the New England way, try this place. PS. The capicola is anazing.

I cant tell you how many times we've had bbqs where ppl are blown away by the quality of meat and how jealous out pif towners are that we have a local (awesome) butcher. When I wanted to make some beef jerky they were very accomodating too. Nothing but good experiences.
