If you want home made kielbasa, special cuts of meat, Dave Brazeaus is the meat retailer to go too. His basa is very good, seasoned perfectly. Makes his own sausage, meatball, and a big variety of awesome steaks. His experience shows, this is a must visit butcher shop.

Real butcher that sells real meat, instead of the commercial garbage that's been injected with water and fillers to increase the weight. And it only cost one dollar more per pound? Totally worth it. Friendly staff as well. The pork ribs were huge! I've never seen that much meat on those before. We bought the ribeyes and they were out of this world. We'll be back.
