We started raising our own pigs about two years ago, and have been using Shuff's for all our processing. They are so helpful! And their sausage is probably the best I've ever tasted in my life! Even if you don't raise your own animals, stop by to purchase beef, pork, and their wonderful sausage! Worth the trip!

All of my friends and families, have been going here for years now. We drive about 100 miles, one way, every few weeks to go buy our meats from here. Quality is top notch, prices are very reasonable, and service is just amazing. Robin, the 3rd generation owner, does fantastic job running this place. Store front may not be most aesthetically pleasing, but it's what you get from a Good-Ole-Country Style Butcher Shop!

A couple weeks ago, at the end of September, I hosted a little backyard get together for my family. I ordered 6 filet mignons, seasoned. OMG. Let me tell you - I seared these and finished them in the over, and served them with mashed potatoes and a prosciutto-fig salad. The entire table fell silent eating the steaks. HOLY COW (literally)! So good. Thank you so much for helping to make my little event one for the books! The best steak anyone at the table has had. And the bonus deer bologna that you so generously threw in was a hit too!
