The customer service was terrible. Once I called the store for assistance, whomever was on the phone used an attitude that made me want to disregard going to the store in general. Nonetheless i’m Sure that the store itself is decent.

Some workers at this store are rude ... the lady Cynthia. Was giving me hard time over a Penny I was short Penny off my food .. the lady was not going to let me go without a penny lucky the guy behind me gave me a penny... Cynthia was Rude an act like she didn't won't to deal with me personally smh...My Shopping experience here wasn't GREAT...

I pop in here from time to time after the gym and the store while a bit poorly organized is clean and the staff is friendly. They usually have what I want even if I have to look around a bit. It isn't often very busy probably due to it's proximity to many other grocery stores and not being close to many other convenienes.

Shopper's is a regular stop for me. However, some of the staff are not very friendly or helpful. Those that are make up for the others. I wish I knew the names of the regulars who provide quality customer care so that I could give them a shout out. For without them, Shoppers would be closed. They do keep a good supply and variety of food products: but, the milk freezer does not work properly and never has. Always feels cool versus cold and twice I have had to get a refund. It's convenient for me which is its biggest draw.

This is a great location as an anchor store with other box brands. There is free parking with handicap accessibility. The store is well marked, clean and always stocked. Prices and reasonable, sales are frequent and there are plenty of organic, Hispanic and Asian options. Self service or standard check out options are available as well as an ATM machine. The staff is friendly, helpful and patient. Lines moved quickly and the handicap check out lines were not occupied by regular customers.
