Clean and well stocked, and there weren't any lines at the checkout. Cashier was nice and friendly.

Large, clean supermarket full of‘ national brand items and some ethnic (largely Hispanic) items, which makes it more interesting. And it has a fresh salad bar (thank you !) & a hot food bar in the Deli section. Prices are good.

This store has become neat and clean; however, some of the food on the shelves has expired or will expire soon. Also, they don't protect their customers. My elderly mother had her wallet stolen right in front of the deli department and the person behind the counter didn't do anything to alert her that this thief was stealing her wallet or alert management right away. If they had, they could have alerted police immediately prior to the thief leaving the store, as he was caught on camera walking around the store looking for other targets!

We've given up on this Shoppers (which is sad, because we loved our old one). Their produce is awful, poorly stocked, and goes bad quickly. Their meat is decent, but we've purchased meat and discovered it was bad a day or so later. Their bakery, normally a Shoppers strongpoint, often is comprised of old, stale baked goods. We've realized we purchased expired goods on a number of occasions (particularly dairy). They only enjoy our dollars when we're too lazy to travel more than 2 minutes. Choose elsewhere.

This store needs to make major changes when it comes to the quality of their products. The meat department being the worst of all! Every time you go to Shoppers they ALWAYS have meat that is spoiled sitting in the freezer which makes you cautious as to whether or not you want to buy any meat at all (BACON & SAUSAGES ARE INCLUDED). The other day I was shopping and a customer was complaining that the meat was room temperature which it really was. Which means they let the meat sit out like that, then fixed the issue? NASTY! If nobody complained I'm pretty sure the issue would never have been fixed that day. Now they are adding doors to the freezers that hold the cheeses and yogurts and it has the same issue as the meat with not being cold enough. The bathrooms are disgusting! It constantly has toilet paper on the floor, the seat isn't clean and it smells horrible! I have now decided that I will no longer buy anything from Shoppers that comes out of the freezer! Only canned goods and bread! Which probably isn't safe either.
