I have been a customer of NRES for over 26 years. They have helped me and my group open four restaurants and a carry out with all the kitchen equipment and dining room furniture. I recently walked in there to look for a specific size display merchandiser and I was shown three immediately that they had in stock, 2 new and one used. They worked out the pricing to my satisfaction and delivered the next day. Although the prices may not always beat intent pricing, (in most cases they match), the fact that NRES may have in stock what you need in that large warehouse of theirs is a big plus. The personal attention that you get from the ownership and staff is also very helpful as they listen to your needs and make recommendations. All in all this is a great place for your one stop shopping with kitchen equipment and small ware needs.

I'm assuming NRE & S is selective with who shops with them, but they made me feel very welcome as a newby. I purchased a used commercial fridge for my garage and a mop sink for my laundry room and not only did the staff attend to my needs, but they included a month of service credit. Love these guys/ shop with them if you want a reliable local retailer!

Extremely unprofessional, I wanted to buy Tandoori skewers which they had but with no price Tag so when i asked them i want to buy these they just made up the price which was insane high. I told them that they can check the price on ebay or Amazon if they don't know the actual price but i was told you don't buy on the price we told you then don't buy. They sell used and new both but the prices were way high. Never going back there. Folks do check others sources before you hit their location.

When I can buy equipment for slightly less online they price match and on the rare occasion they cannot source what we want they tell us without judgement. If you go there, make sure you ask for Arya. I have dealt with a lot of reps and sales people, but this guy has the goods. Selection is the best in the DMV area and prices are as competitive as on the Internet.

I have never been more offended by a business owner than by this man’s business tactics... “how much you willing to pay?”... How about how much are you listing it for?? Don’t waste your time with these “old world” practices and a joke of a business

The staff is well lacking customer support training. I went to pay and all 6 of the staff just sat there. So I said, is this where I pay, one guy pipes up and says, theres no where else to pay. Wow that threw me off as if im doing them a disservice shopping there. So I ask can someone assist me complete my transaction. They then start fighting with eachother saying who's gona take this persons money, why are you asking me one other guy says. After a minute of them bickering with eachother someone finally gets out of his chair and slowely walkes over to the register. Then I pay with my credit card and the guy says, no cash, you dont have cash. Unless you want to deal with these fools with no customer respect or human relation skills AVOID walking in the door. This place was a horrible experience.
