Brought a deer here Saturday. Got it back yesterday and let me tell you: best decision not to butcher myself. Everything came back neatly wrapped and clean. Got back way more meat than if I processed myself. Eating the breakfast sausage now, and it's delicious! Will definitely be recommending to other hunters I know!!
