POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Purchased meat there and they fumbled the order. I got 5lbs of tenderloin instead of 5lbs of hamburg. Jim Naples told me the difference was $60.00 I went in to pay for his mistake and was told the amount was 68.00. I said I just drove 18 miles to make good on YOUR mistake, and another mistake was made with a misquote of the difference. My mistake was going in and paying up for their blunder. Isn't my fault they are incompetent. Their 3rd mistake, they lost my business......too bad!

I've been using Naples for a year now. They provide good quality for a decent price. The ambiance is kinda low budget, tho. Very utilitarian in set up. It's got a different line-up. I found it confusing my first visit there. Take a number. But the number is used for internal record keeping, not for position in line. No cash register. Go into the office to pay your bill. Sometimes it gets really busy. Now that I know the routine, it isn't a problem. If you are pressed for time, call an order ahead of time.
