So I bought half cow of a reputable guy in Clinton and he choices get his slaughtered here, from beginning to end very helpful. My first time purchasing a half cow I didnt know how it would be processed at all. They informed me of what cuts, selections ect, I could get and size of portions,thickness/packagings. Being a single individual they packaged it to my specifics and guided me to get best possible cuts. I really enjoyed experience I'll be back! Thanks again and I'd recommend them, I was impressed in quality and quantity along with the excellent packaging! Keep up good work and thanks to those at Jason's butcher shop! Edited- I had hard time locating place its hiding behind an old-huge storage/chicken barn. Go down road along side barn and ull see store directly behind it. Building is huge and long. Jason's is not visible from road but Jason's does have a sign on opposite side of the main street
