What a disappointing experience. I paid almost ten dollars for liver with two chicken wings. When I arrived home I discovered there were no wings and one small bite of liver. The rest was over fried batter! The men in the deli were polite, the only polite people. With so many places to chose from, this should never happen.

Meats look really good there can't wait to get home and cook dinner and eat it! Bought filets, hwy cut them up the thickness I wanted them and wrapped them up how I wanted them separated. Will see be back!

A great store with an excellent butcher shop. Cut to order meats and steaks. Also an excellent selection of wine. Shrimp po-boys are good too. I love that they use Krimmel's breads for their po-boys!

Where you want to get some shrimp Po-Boys that was very delicious there was enough shrimp that fell off PoBoy to make another sandwich so it was big and huge. Also if you're looking for any type of alcohol or beer they have weird beers from around the world and any kind of alcohol you're looking for around the world and it keep that price is low for the people in the neighborhood.

Good food. But don't get your deer processed there. Very little flavor, half the packages were not labeled, the other half were mislabeled. Sausage links are all different sizes. Sloppy work.

Visited for my first time and ordered two 8oz. filets. The filets were top quality and the butcher cut them perfectly. This is where I will be going from now on for meat.

Seriously, I love this place for meat, great butchers, and booze! My parents shopped here in the 80's, and it has an "old school" feel about it which is so authentic. But, c'mon guys, I've given your deli a few chances on the shrimp po'boys, and they're consistently awful, and I'm not that picky. I bought a few shrimp po'boys, and it's been a few months since my last. They were (again) small, but can deal if they weren't fried beyond recognition! My friends asked what they were! Ha! Super salty, and fried until they've become crispy nuggets. The catfish was better, but still over salted. PLEASE improve the deli, it's really not that hard to do.

I lived in Slidell about 10+ years ago. I have never come across such quality of meat since living in MN. The Beef ribs are out of this world BBQ'd and the butcher Steve is a great guy who won't steer you wrong. You can't miss here.

The quality of the deli has significantly gone down over the years. Awful customer service, order is never accurate or ready in a timely manner. Sadly the owners or managers are complacent with how things currently are. You are better off going somewhere else .

Old time grocery store but is very competitive on alcohol products. They also have a real in-house butcher that will help you make a selection and cut it anyway to suit you. Let's don't mention their great friend chicken offerings! Great place!

Items not priced correctly and The manager Allen Tyrone was very unprofessional and inconsiderate.If you are just visiting or live here I WOULD ADVISE TO AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! My first experience there and Steve, the butcher, and I got off on the wrong foot, but at the end of the day things were fine. I had brought some wild game in to be processed and Steve made some good recommendations. 3 days later I had two coolers full of meat that both my wife and daughter ate and they NEVER eat wild game. The stuff is amazing. I'll bring all my meat there from now. Job well done.
