I went to almost every grocery store & specialty meat market in Lake Charles looking for whole racks of BEEF ribs...no luck. Finally called Roy's. They were sold out, but ordered case(s) to be delivered NEXT DAY, took my phone number, then called me when ribs arrived!! When I went to pick them up, the staff was exceptionally nice, the ribs were absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and were the best quality ribs I have ever eaten (and I've eaten HUGE amounts of ribs in my lifetime). While there, I was so impressed, I also picked up some boiled crawfish to go. Hands down, the BEST crawfish in the area!!! This was my first visit to Roy's, but will definitely not be my last!!! Many thanks to Weber and his staff...our graduation party was a huge success...due in large part to the excellent ribs!!!!

Small joint, home-style feeling. Meat market with a good variety of frozen and fresh meats. Also serves hot food: Burgers, poboys, etc. Got these beautiful steaks cut , walked in and only took about 5 mins

This is not a joke I use to work there the men in the bck when they cut theirselves they keep stuffing sausage, cutting meat for show case and so on.. I stoped working there because of it. this is all true

Just picked up some meat from Roy's Meat Market here in Iowa, La. Smells really great cooking in our pressure cooker. I found the boneless frozen chicken legs and thighs today. They always have fresh products and good quality frozen products. A huge selection of meats and great service. When you walk in, someone always greets you with a smile and makes sure you find what you're looking for. If it's not in stock, they tell when it will be there if they can get it.
