I have been buying sirloin steaks for a long time. It’s been a while that I have been there. I recently asked for a top sirloin steak. I had to go to my truck for something so did not examine the steak that was cut for me, but I have purchased this many times in the past and trusted I was getting quality beef. To my surprise and disappointment. This steak looked like the trash in of the meat. There was just as much gristle as there was meat. Now I was so disappointed. I didn’t cook it until I was really hungry. And I was not surprised as it was awful. Half of my plate with gristle. I will definitely reconsider going back. Or I will never buy from them unless I SEE what I am getting. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Clean, courteous, quality. They deliver what they tell you, no ifs, ands, or buts. Tell them the way you want your order processed or prepared, and bingo, it's a done deal. Oh, I forgot, more than fair pricing. This is my butcher of choice and I live over 65 miles away.
