Very DISAPPOINTED with them ( use to use them alot)..Gave them 11 lbs of trimmed up deer meat to make into deer hamburger...Got back 8 lbs...SMH....I'll never go there again...Bad business!!!

Bo Jackson sausage is THE BEST sausage in the world!!! Seriously - I am a sausage expert. I've tried them all. America, France, Mexico, Austria, Italy...you name it, ive been there and ate it. I love sausage. Living in Houston I am surrounded buy tons of different brands and flavors. So many options from grocery stores to local meat market. We do business with Sysco foods and anytime they pick up a new sausage they bring me some. Nope! No one can compare to the flavor that is in Bo Jackson sausage. What I like about Bo Jackson's sausage is that is doesn't have a lot of fat filler that you find in 98.8% of the sausage out there. Further, the spices they use bring so much flavor to the sausage - is perfect. I don't understand why other sausage makers refuse to use flavor. You should see the crap Sysco brings to me to try. Yuck! Bo Jackson sausage is perfect. Absolutely perfect!! Even when cooked the flavor remains. I drive from Houston to Jasper Texas just for their Sausage. I bring it back and I cook it for my family and my employees. They love it! They absolutely love it. I cut up links and serve it to the on a hotdog bun. I cut it up and put it my red beans and rice. I cook for breakfast. For super bowl that's what I cooked on the grill and servers for my party. It's all delicious! Big fan of Bo Jackson sausage. Hi5! guys. Good quality sausage.

Wld give this place zero stars if i cld but it wont let me post this review with out giving it something! Way over charged us and we got back nowhere close to all of the meat we were supposed to get back! DONT EVER USE THEM FOR ANY MEAT PROCESSING!
