Great Boudin. Snowbird from Wisconsin and I usually take home about 60 pounds. Tried most of the Boudin in the area and it's the meatiest and best tasting.

You can't really ask for more.... what meat do you want? How do you want it cut? How fast do you need it? Do we need to come out and get your steer out of the pasture, yep, they do that too. They came got my F-1 steer right out of the pasture, then cut, wrapped, all that. Good good Boudin. Best Prices.

Great boudin, great Sunday barbeque plates, great service! They are always polite and have a friendly smile! Haven't experienced the coming and picking up the steer for chops yet, but my family assures me that they are great with that too. If you're in Abbeville, come and pick up some boudin that's been the best for well over 30 years! Hebert's will definitely give you their best Southern hospitality!
