I was visiting Lafayette for a conference and stopped in for something to eat. The staff was very accommodating in answering my questions. They had patience and didn't just see me as someone to hurry up and get through the line so they go back talking. They welcomed me to Lafayette!

I live in Atlanta and I don't eat pork so I'm always jealous when I visit family cause the food looks good but I can't have most of it. I googled fresh chicken sausage and this was the place with the best ratings not the closest but the ratings are what caught my attention. So I get two kabobs and 2lbs of jalapeño and regular chicken sausage. The customer service was great, they greet you at the door, at the meat department, and will answer all questions. Took my food straight to the grill it was delicious! In fact I went out my way before I left and almost bought all their fresh chicken sausage for the day.... I think I left a link or two.

Serve lunches that my husband likes. I find the brisket dry even though there is a ton of gravy around it. The rice dressing is good and the potato salad is good when the guy or gal who uses seasoning makes it. Otherwise it is very plain. I usually get the chicken or BBQ ribs. In meat department I like the boneless stuffed chicken. There sausages and boudin are very good.

We have been to several boucheries. This is one of the better ones. The boudin was good, both frozen and from in the store. We bought 2 stuffed chickens to bring home. Both were excellent, however I would recommend the spinach stuffed 1 over the Buddha stuffed 1.

More than a corner market with high prices. Some items are priced higher, but you are in and out. Fresh meats available at competitive prices. They will grind fresh meat to order. Very convenient. Clean and friendly staff.

Very nice. Small Mom & Pop store. They didn't carry a particular wine I liked so we asked and they ordered some. Butchers are very helpful. They sell bones for dogs for $1.00 per pound.

This place is awesome. The cashiers are super kind and extra nice. The cooks at the deli are super nice and there foods are to DIE for. They also have a great selection of name brand i items, and earls brand snacks and dinner items. If you want a plate lunch, a quick snack, or you need something to cook for dinner, i would recomend this over any other small store!

First of all, the Boudin was Awesome!! It was the Best Boudin that I bought in the Lafayette area!! As for the store Earl's, the cashiers were extremely nice. A young male cashier was extremely nice and helpful. I had questions concerning some Cajun/Creole products and he explained what they were with a smile on his face!!! Keep up the Great Work!! Also large variety of delicious fresh and frozen Cajun/Creole foods.

Earl's is by far my favorite local butcher shop. They have a wide assortment of Cajun meats and sides for grilling or stews. Their stuffed chickens are a meal in one and absolutely delicious, especially the boudin stuffed chickens. If you want quality meats and competitive prices this is definitely the place to go.

I'm giving to stars for one reason They have by far the best chicken crackling I have ever had but I come in a few times and months morning time and afternoon and I always get the same results either they have not cook them yet or they do not have them today and there's no other place to get them like that I wish they would get on a schedule of when they are having them and let it be known

Uncomfortable walking in. A few people working and only one talks to me. The meet looked like it was defrosting on the shelf and when you pick up the packs they are sticky and nasty. Makes you wonder how clean they are packing those meats. Needs a little pick me up.
