From Dallas Tx. Went on 10/1/2018. Customer service,horrible. Me and husband came in and ordered food and sat and ate it. My husband had a drink with his. He had already spoke with the young lady behind the counter to let her know he would pay once we got everything we where getting. We are at the register getting ready to check out and a young lady runs from the other side and ask loudly did yall pay for the drinks. How dare she insinuate that we were trying to still a cup of ice tea. I was livid, we had spent over a hundred dollars in there. Spoke with the manager, Ms. Ashley and she said she would speak with her. Really thats all you could offer???Never going back

First time at the new location. Didn't find it near as Southern, comforting, Cajun experience, warm as the original location. But on a positive note, counter help to order Boudin and Cracklin was exceptional. Those young ladies were worth their weight in gold!

Cant speak for their location in Scott, but just as it was before the old location burned down the customer service sucks. Wont say all of the staff are rude and unprofessional, God forbid you have a question. Against better judgment we gave it another shot. Sadly disappointed along with this sorry excuse for an over priced plate lunch. Shrimp creole pasta. No thanks. Hard to support local businesses when you're treated poorly. Fyi, this isn't just my opinion my wife was treated the same just today.

I just went to the new rebuilt store in Carencro. Im from avoyelles parish your cracklins are 20$ a pound i asked gor one pound but was given 1.26 of a pound ok no problem i love cracklins. That was the dthe most bland driest WORST cracklins ive ever had my parents got some 2 weeks ago they said the same thing. I wanted to bring the cracklins back i paid 82$ for some steaks and in boudin that was ok not the best a little salty . Look yall need to do somthing with yall cracklinsare take that sign down that says best cracklins and boudin come on 20$ a pound and taste like that!!!! GO TO BILLYS DOWN THE ROAD ARE TBOYS IN EUNICE

If you're in Carencro, it's got to be the place you get your meat. We're blessed to have a local meat market so nearby, it helps insure that our meat is coming from a trusted source. Not to mention their boudin and cracklin being amongst the best in Acadiana

No consistent quality. Bought a half pound of cracklings this morning, got home and had to through them away because they were over cooked, black and too hard to eat. Maybe re-cooked from the day before. Going elsewhere for good crackling.

The new building new location after the decimation of the far has brought back the absolute best of Boudin Manufacturing and plate lunches and Specialty Meats back to the Acadiana area so many of the old people are still there presenting the best and what they do to the public and explaining what's in what is the good thing in the products that they sell but I still wish they had more seating available to eat in store outdoor dining will be nice when the weather is cooler but now they need more seating in the store for the lunch crowd
