The boudin is delicious, as well as the inhouse sausage.I have been a customer for 20 yrs. I enjoyed joking with Kirk at the St. Antone location. He was a humble man, that knew and appreciated his regular customers by name. Well the boudin is still delicious, unless you get a link that has put a remix on Kirk's recipe, and for the inflated price of $4.39lb
