I want to give them more stars but I can't. I really enjoy their products. I love the ribeye ends, I loved the fresh ground beef. Why I can't give them a higher rating is because their customer service sucks! I've been here twice. Each time I left feeling like I bothered them. Like the cashiers couldn't care wether or not if they wanted to be there. I ask simple questions, ask what the most common items are. I get stink face every time. With no answers. Not sure I'll go back.

Best specialty meat store around. Brought a deer in to get processed and man that’s the best deer sausage I ever had. They not the cheapest but they are the best. The pepper jack boudin balls are the best and they have the best hog head cheese around. Go to Benoit’s. You won’t be disappointed.

The best stuffed chickens and boudin in the greater Baton Rouge area (and I’m from true Cajun country coastal Louisiana, so I know my boudin). Also, really great home cooking daily plate lunches with generous portions —Chicken stew like your grandma’s. Super friendly staff.

They have the best smoked pork sausage you will find, I have to drive about 30 miles to get there, but it's worth the trip. Also try their brand of Cajun seasoning.

If you wanna know what REAL Cajun food is supposed to taste like, this is the place, Best Sausage, Cracklin's, and Boudin around. Awesome stuffed chickens and pork chops, and you will hurt yourself on the plate lunches as well. If you are in the area do yourself a favor and go buy something, anything, you will like it. Just leave the Jerky alone....that's all mine.

OMG!!! Their pepper jack boudin balls are sooo good; well worth the drive from Prairieville /Gonzales for a dozen {or two :) } The pork chops are sensational; awesome good cracklin's and Cajun jerky! And NOW a friend says I have to try their stuffed pork-chops and darn it...I'm gonna have to go over there and get some

Stopped in today! The boudin balls were awesome. I purchased a deboned chicken stuffed with SHRIMP DRESSING...alligator sausage and a cornish hen stuffed with rice dressing. Seasoned to perfection!!! The cracklin' and pepper jack boudin balls are a must try. Awesome experience. Will definitely be back to try the rib eyes and stuffed pork chops.
