I’ve never set foot in the store yet but I was already impressed with the customer service I was given on the phone. The gentleman I spoke to I believe his name was Ken and he knew everything off the top of his head. The only place I know in the QC area that can provide you with a FRESH suckling pig! (Give him a week or two to put the order in) They have legit baby back ribs trimmed in house and they have the lowest price brisket in the quad city area. The only thing I don’t understand is that why haven’t I seen any advertisements in my local news paper for this place? A true diamond tucked away in Davenport. Very much looking forward to making this butcher shop my new place to shop for all my meats. Cheers!

Johnnies meat market is by far, the best market of any kind, in the entire United states, I definitely think that Johnnies meat market should go National, and even Global . This experience was absolutely life changing, i don't know what id do without Johnnies meat market. I didn't know Johnnies meat was so large and tasty . I love it, it was long lasting and felt good in my throat. Id love to have a birthday party here sometime, it would be an honor. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for this experience that changed my life forever. Thank you very much

I highly recommend Johnnie’s for catering your next event! I was in charge of feeding 50 high school football players. With that many mouths to feed, I turned to Johnnie’s for help. And Kim patiently planned the menu with me. The meal was a hit! The crowd pleaser was the cheesy potatoes; however, I also received compliments on the sloppy joes and baked beans. Thank you Johnnie’s for your help in making the meal both affordable and delicious!

Currently, I have been attending this wonderful establishment for almost 10 years. And to think that Johnnie himself is present at the workplace is a true honor. Now for the meat. The meat at Johnnies is one of the most juicy, tender, joy enducing meat i have ever encountered. From the sticks to the whole deer, I would say Johnnie special is my favorite meat they have to offer. I would always come here are never regret it. And the mascot, I cannot even explain how amazing the mascot is. I can tell that the physique has been based on Johnnies chiseled body and toned muscles. Oh the staff is such a nice group of fine individuals they have the longest, thiccest, meatiest, meat to offer and suggest. Thank you so much Johnnie for you have redeemed the world.

I have been a customer of Johnnies market for over 10 years. The make amazing sausages, their in house ground meats are great and they carry tri tip roasts which are nearly impossible to find in the midwest. I have moved to detroit however I still come back to the quadcities frequently and stop by to pick up a whole Johnnie Ham when I am here, there's no other ham anything like a Johnnie ham.

Great prices, best meat in town, clean building with old school decor, friendly and quick service. The only place in town I will go to for filet mignon, fresh cut to order, whatever size you want, bacon wrapped if you prefer (I think they're better without) and at a great price. My only regret is that I didn't know about this place sooner.

Not too salty and leftovers are great for ham and bean soup. plus great place to go for soup no rd to make the great bone and bone marrow broth/stock for other recipes!
