I like to go here... But after my last experience I was rubbed the wrong way. I won half a hog that was being processed here, and any time I called they were very short with me, almost rude. The bulk sausage and sausage patties I got are VERY fatty. I've not seen so much grease come from only 3 sausage breakfast patties.

We absolutely love these guys. Besides a great place for local meat, the locally raised eggs are amazing, as are their salads (ham, chicken, etc).

Great place for meats! Service has always been great & product never disappoints. Ground beef by the pound is better than prepared patties, and the fish, pork, even dog bones, are sure to please everyone at the BBQ, including Fido! So, stop by & try something different - we did and found some new favs!!

Quality meat, quality service, small shop, may have to wait and pay a little more....but well worth the custom retail meat. Inhouse made summer sausage & jalapeno summer sausage is beyond yummy. They also can custom butcher with smoking and curing options. They also process deer during season for fresh cuts and processed hand cut jerky, ground strip jerky and amazing hot-sticks.

Bought 5lbs of chuck roast cost $33 trimmed off 3 lbs of fat, didnt see it before they wrapped it. If we would of we wouldnt of excepted it... will never go back.... ask to see before buying if you go there...
