Good meat but their phone ordering is always a painful experience.

I have gotten great steaks from them in the past. But most recently the box of steaks I got came in damaged, soaking wet, no dry ice, broken cooler, and not even cold. Upon contacting them, Allen Brothers customer service said "We are confident that the product is wholesome and ready for enjoyment." Not the response you want when you receive $350+ of steaks that arrive in that manner.

If you love fine beef do not let the price scare you away. These steaks will rival any you will receive at the very best steakhouses anywhere. Proud to serve them in my home. They're prime excellence.
