Seriously the best meat shop I've been to in years. So good I want to drive back to Riggins NOW. Habanero Mango brats and Jalapeno Chile pepperoni are a must if you like spice. Elk, beef, and buffalo were all great. They will cut meat to order if the butcher is there. Best ribeyes I've had.

Great little meat place right off the main highway on Salmon River Rd. Large selection and great prices. Elk and buffalo meat from the ranch right up the road. $11.95 for top sirloin of both elk and buffalo. Beef, chicken and pork are all processed in house. Sausages and pepperoni made in house as well they had some frozen and some fresh. Also had coffee. Great place to stop on your way up the river to camp. Will definitely be back when we drive through again

I absolutely love this place! They have the best pepperoni sticks and specialty meats. I love their mushroom and Swiss brats! You won't find a better meat place than this. They also carry enough black rifle coffee for all your heart's desires.
