Exceeded my expectation. Jerky was by far the best ever.... not even a fair game. The owner cares about the business he is in, the product he sells and the people he sell to. Don't walk there, don't drive.... Stampede there as fast as you can.

Unassuming place, but the best buffalo and elk I've ever had. Bison Ribeyes and Elk Tri-tip were both exception and very reasonably priced. Worth a visit if you're in Jackson!

Their ground bison is great and the bison fillets are delicious, however quite a few of the fillets are not all in one piece. Many are split almost into 2 pieces such that we have to toothpick them to retain the shape. We like our steaks rare, so the size and shape is important.

A great place for bison meat. They carry all cuts and will ship it for you. Bison meat is not inexpensive compared to beef, but it is tasty and worth the extra expense every once in awhile. If you never have had bison meat, treat yourself to some. Prepared correctly, it is excellent. Just remember that it does not like to be overcooked.

Very Upset

Bought about 500 dollars worth of meat. Elk filets were fine but the buffalo rib eye steak was the toughest meat I have ever chewed on and lost. Each bite I managed to reduced to a fiber ball and then spit it out. I am a rancher, this animal must have been quite old. Then I sent an email, no response. I called, they said they would call me back. Call me back? How about tending to the problem, perhaps even an apology.
