We get nearly all our meat from Medeiros. On occasion, we sometimes make a special trip to Waimea to buy A'Akukui beef from Ishihara (as well as their other unique offerings). Although we do go to Costco and other national retailers, we've found local Kauai retailers offer a vastly superior product. (You couldn't pay me to eat Costco's "organic ground beef". It may be organic, but it is tasteless.)

Good Kauai raised grass-fed meat at lower than normal prices! Their filets and roasts are my favorites, but you have to get on the list and order them in advance! :)

This locally owned business is a wonderful source of local, hormone and antibiotic free beef, chicken, pork, sausage and eggs. I have been shopping here for many years and find consistency in the high quality of all products. They will also do a special order for you if you ask. Also accept EBT food cards. Well worth the visit to their easily accessible store in Kalaheo.

This place is fantastic! Freshest beef, pork, chicken and eggs on Kauai, AND all locally grown. The price is right too. Much better deal that the grocery store.
