Great hidden butcher shop. Amazing bacon. Polish kielbasa was on point! Italian sausage was amazing over pasta. For me the selling point was the price. More expensive than the Supermarket yeah but not by much. And it was way better. Not crazy expensive like some other butchers around.

The quality of their meat is insane, it's SO GOOD. Everything I've tried from here, from their ham to their sausages to their cured meat is perfect. Not only is the meat incredible (seriously, go pick up some bacon), the staff is ridiculously friendly and clearly enjoy what they do. I am totally fine with making the 20+ minute drive to Pine Street Market, they're well worth it!

Bought a few different types of sausage (brats, andouille, chicken, sweet and hot Italian, Tasso ham). So far all were awesome. So happy to have a real butcher in Atlanta. Being from NY. That is one of the major things missing down here. Look for the green egg or you will drive right past it.

This is not my opinion nor a preference. This is a fact. Pine Street Market has the best bacon on the planet. If you haven't tried their bacon you are doing taste buds a disservice. All of their food is incredible. Pimento cheese and chicken salad is superb. Ten out of five stars. As an added bonus the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended. I love this place.

Top drawer place to buy many fine meats. I had the pleasure of doing their Butcher of the Day experience to literally see the sausage get made and everyone there from the owner to the person behind the counter are polite, knowledgeable about meat and willing to share. They take great care in their bacon, cured meats and sausages and you can taste it. Their beef selection is smaller than your average butcher but the pork is absolutely out of this world. I highly suggest their coppa paired with one of their local cheeses for a great appetizer.

Absolutely great little shop where you can take meat curing classes, make your own charcuterie, or just buy delicious cured meats. Though I'm local, I highly recommend this as a travel/tourist experience. Behind the scenes, this butcher supplies the major grocers and local restaurants with the highest quality cuts.
