Employee at cash register was very disrespectful/ rude and argued with us because we had 20 items each on the 20 check out lane. If I would have pulled that move working for the PX back then I would have been fired right on the spot. Manager was standing right next to her not saying anything. Very unprofessional.

They charge you an extra 10% just for shopping there, two years ago one of their cashiers stole $100.00 out of my account, and when I went there at 8:55pm one night, when they close at 9pm the annoying cop that patrols it kept telling me they were closed when CLEARLY they weren't supposed to be. I ignored him and asked the cashier if they were closed, she was going to take me but the cop insisted I leave because he said so and then the cashier reluctantly agreed and said sorry they were closed. This location is horrendous in so many ways.

The prices are good, the lines are not bad, but the the dates are important. Sometimes they will sell things that's due to expire the next day. Take your time and look for dates and good deals.

A female customer got into a physical confrontation with one of the female cashiers...over a "personal issue". It wasn't a good look The employee had to be carried away to another room, while the customer was escorted out by Dekalb County Sheriff

Attitude central!!! Went in here to buy like 3 things and it seems like literally everybody got a freaking attitude problem! The cashier had a dry ass thank you come again like somebody stole her happiness or something! Workers just walking and bumping into you without no kind of excuse me or nothing I'm glad I'm very level headed because I would have said something to them real quick! Never again!

The manager here is great. This Food Depot has 5 star bottles of wine that he often sale for $2.99. If you do your research, you will see that these wines average, sometimes, $20+ in wine and spirits stores. I love shopping here and as an avid wine lover, I'm very happy to see the quality of wines that he provides to the community.

The parking lot is a terrible! My son was parking his car and was about to shop at Food Depot with his 5 year old son , when he was approached by two guys dressed in all red making threats on his life for no apparent reason. The area is covered with gang members.I see these guys walking around that parking lot often. That whole plaza needs police protection around the clock. My husband and I recently moved to Stn Mtn. We love our neighborhood but coming out around that particular plaza is horrible. I would like to shop at Food Depot but until we get protection and clear the gangs out, I will continue to travel to outer areas.

I had two cars hit in that parking lot with their buggies a month apart and they did nothing about it. It’s a very ghetto and unprofessional grocery store. The better one is on Jimmy Carter Blvd.

well i been a cashier at food depot for a year now and our bags are so cheap we have to double bag them and yes it mostly black people working here look at the area were in but with that being said we have plently of other cultures working in our store thanks.

Decent prices on the meat always have a sale going on...although they do charge an add'l 10% surcharge on some products. Even with that it still comes out a lot cheaper than kroger or walmart.But its clean groceries are fresh haven't had any bad customer service experience. There willing to help. But friendly tip if you purchase yoplait yogurt check your dates. Aside from that there a thumbs up from me.
