We started just picking up some steaks here and there but now get almost all our meat here. Super-friendly folks and great meat, we will continue shipping here regularly. Of note, the location in Google maps is off a bit, this is "Block and Blade" down behind Trigger Time and right across from Bottom of the Cup. Check them out, you won't regret it.

I was stuck in traffic on the day before Thanksgiving. I had ordered a smoked Turkey but did not plan for the lineup of traffic on 211 preventing me from getting to Friendship Road. I tried unsuccessfully to call. When I finally arrived, the store owner was waiting with my Turkey. Great customer service. She even helped me choose a sausage for my dressing at the last minute.

Met the owner and several workers one day when they were slow, all of them were super friendly, helpful and very appreciative of my business, which that day was only $20. Your first thought was this place was going out of business, which it needs to do. The young man was helpful but the product was not fit to eat. He said the Berkshire bacon was a better bacons we bought it. In the wrapper it looked meaty. Unwrapped we found a thin slice if meaty bacon masking nothing but fat back. Very deceptive. We also bought kielbasa which admittedly was made by Patak. Tough casing and tasteless meat.

high-quality meats, but the attitude you get from this place isn't worth it some times. Every time you call, it's like you're bothering them. I called an order in advance to make sure it was there, they took my number, never called, never stocked what i asked for. Special event ruined. And they couldn't have cared less.

Definitely the best place in the area to purchase local meats. The Berkshire bacon is better than filet mignon, their sweet morning sausage is superb. Checkout the aged meats. And you'll want to peek in the half off fridge.

I've been using this butcher shop for several years now. Overall they have a lot to offer. Unfortunately for the owner the lack of customer service will end up catching up with them. The last several visits I've been very disappointed with their with the attitude and lack of customer service received.

Starting to go downhill. Store is pretty empty. Variety but the same variety as, say, the Kroger next door. Foods good if you need something to cook up quick but as flowery branch gets more and more connected into Atlanta, the fact that the city is less than an hour away from world class butchers shops gets more and more pronounced.

Love this place. They have wonderful cuts of meat and a lot of things you just won't find at a grocery store. I love the cold smoked pork chops, smoked salmon, natural bacon, and if you catch the prime ribeye when it's in stock it is TO DIE FOR. They will also cut to order and order you just about anything if it isn't already stocked.

Horrible - went in today to buy some filets. They have two options - prime and choice. All of the choice ones were brown/gray and looked like they had been sitting out for way to long. The prime ones has the largest band of fat down the middle. I told him I was concerned with all the fat and he said “yea I wouldn’t recommend those I would get the choice ones today.” No thanks. I don’t want gray brown meat. I’ll go to Arby’s for that. No offer to cut a fresh one or anything. Kid behind the counter was annoyed I was there. Customer service is horrible. Won’t be back.

They have really good steaks but when I ordered some beef ribs, first off they’re a lot lower quailty than I’d expect from this place and I asked them to trim the excess fat off and pull the membrane. Well no trimming and 1 membrane was pulled off. And when I asked to have some sausage put in casings he said he couldn’t do it today or tomorrow or Saturday. So this is last time I do business there. This place has some great meats but they’re customer service is lacking

The staff are very helpfull and strive to meet your needs even if a special request. The quality of meat has been supurb especially the cowboys cuts of beef that are premarinated. There is typically a sale every week and family packages to fix all incomes. Special orders are fast as they have ordered steamship round for me in the past and reasonable pricing even though a special order. Happy Carnivore!
