First time here, but definitely not my last. Been wanting to stop in here for awhile, I was in the area so I made the stop. The staff was nice, and knowledgeable with the few questions I asked. The store was set up very nicely, from the beautifully displayed meat cases to the huge selection of rubs, and big green egg accessories. Do yourself a favor if you love to grill, or love big green eggs you need to make a stop in here, and check them out...

This is a "Prime" example of a Mom and Pop shop. The care that goes into the store is amazing. Always clean and always helpful. They have a great selection and the prices are inline if not better than any grocery store around. Plus they carry all of the Green Egg Supplies, and have the best price and a great package deals when you buy one. My family and I have been shopping there since the late 1990's .

This was my first time ever trying this place and I have to say I bought a couple fillets for Valentine's Day and they were melt-in-your-mouth delicious and the guy at the counter that helped me told me how I should cook them and what degrees and gave me suggestions the peanut butter decadence was to die for and the parmesan baked potato was out of this world I'm so impressed I can't wait to go back I highly recommend love love love the selection and of course I loved the baked goods and pies

While Brevard County has a host of vegetable stands I am not aware of any butcher that offers prime meats for sale. Wassi's provides a dazzling array of meats. Prime cut steaks, pre-prepared meats and food items. They also sell a massive quantity of rubs and seasonings. Wassi, has a giant selection of top grade cutlery. I am looking forward to going back and purchasing several knives. I purchased 2 prime New York strips. A huge piece of Pork belly several handmade sausages and a perfectly set up for cooking brisket. If you need high quality hand cut proteins stop at this little gem of a market

This place is amazing! Great meat cuts and a rub you can't beat. If you wanna know anything about the green egg and get fed very well, sign up for one of their very inexpensive classes. I had a blast. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable.

Went in for parts to refurbish my green egg. I found out the fire ring that had cracked was a warranty item at $0. Got some good tips for the refurb and removing the dome. Always friendly, all the green egg parts and accessories you could wish for, great meat items and samples from the green egg on weekends!

This time was more calm, though still busy and we had several people offer to help while we were attempting to make our decisions. The variety of sauces and rubs is a bit daunting, but allows everyone to find something they would enjoy. Will definitely keep coming back.

I just wanted to give a BIG shout out to Jan Wassi at Wassi’s Meat Market in Melbourne. My wife and I stopped in today on our way home from Orlando and purchased our first Egg (BGEXL). Jan was soo nice and her shop was unbelievable. She showed me around and I couldn’t help but notice how many EGGcessories she had. I was in awe. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. After an employee helped me load the Egg into my truck, I sampled some Chimichurri steak and smash potatoes

Not a butcher shop. Meat was less appealing and more expensive than the supermarket, and they couldn't do a simple custom cut. Looks to me like it's mostly aimed at selling overpriced smokers to clueless old people.
