I am sharing my experience a little late, but I found the card in my wallet and thought I should. I was in town for a cruise with several friends and this is where we chose to go for dinner and drinks. It was a great atmosphere with friendly staff and we were all having a fabulous time. When the waiter brought our food out, he ACCIDENTALLY spilled a sauce for one of the meat trays on me and it landed on my clothing and purse. He apologized and staff brought over cloths for me to clean with, etc. Management brought me their card and asked me to send them the bill for dry cleaning or replacement of my items. They worked really hard to make sure that we had an excellent experience regardless, and we did. I didn’t bother with sending them receipts for anything as we genuinely enjoyed our visit, the food and drinks were amazing. If I’m ever in town again, I will be sure to stop back in!

I've been there many times. The food is delicious. Good drinks. Often there is special on the drinks. Went once for Brunch - it was great! Friendly service. Street parking available. The music is not too loud so you can definitely hear what people say. Perfect place to hang out with your family and friends.

Would not recommend this place to anyone I know. It's only getting 2stars instead of 1star because it wasn't complete trash.

The atmosphere here is great. I walked right in on a Sunday was seated with no wait time. The hostess was noce enough to put me near a fan for my baby because it was very hot outside. The waiter was very nice and attentive. He came by the table numerous times and made sure our orders was correct. I couldn't give it 5 stars because the food was mediocre for me. I ordered wings not pictured here that were very good but the sandwich was a miss so probably go with a burger option instead. The dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries is soooo delicious!!!!

I come here all the time and have probably tried almost every food item on their menu. I’ve yet to eat anything bad here. Food comes out quick and hot. Their beer selection is huge which is to be expected from a beer garden and it’s always ice cold. On top of that all the servers and bartenders are kind and amazing at their jobs. My favorites are Ana, Janet, Mike, and Billy.

I always have a good time here. The food’s really good and they’ve got great beer options but everything is just a few dollars more than it should be. The bar gets really crowded on the weekend so get there early or prepare to wait 5-10 minutes to order a drink. Overall awesome spot!

Bartender misquoted the price of a single malt scotch. It was supposed to be $11 but I was charged $18, after asking the price. He said, neat and on the rocks is extra. So I ask, who mixes a 12 year old single malt with soda?

The butcher shop is an awesome spot for a bite to eat. The food was quick and flavorful, the drink selections were good, and the staff was friendly. The decor is unique, with optional indoor or 'outdoor' seeting. Will definitely be stopping in again

I've been to this place dozens of times as it has been one of my go tos forever. However, tonight was extremely disappointing. We were immediately told upon sitting that they were really busy and our server may take a while. That was ok and beers and immediate food for the kids arrived reasonably (albeit not as explained by the server). However, we then heard that the kitchen was suddenly closed and no more food could be cooked due to some sort of ventilation issue the poor server couldn't explain. Bummer, but we ordered another beer and planned our next move. Fifteen minutes later out comes all the food for the table of ten that is sitting across from us. As we walked out, we saw more and more food coming out to the tables. I've worked in enough restaurants to know that they were simply understaffed. This was not the first time I've detected this issue here. After three or so visits like this, I am done now. It was a great place, but management has really let it fall off.

Fresh fresh fresh food! Great atmosphere and location in the heart of Wynwood. This is not quick eats...this is where you go...be prepared to wait to sit and eat, but worth it...plenty of people watching and music and vibes to distract from the wait! Well worth it. Also a GREAT happy hour!

This was a stop on a Star Wars themed bar crawl. I had never been to a bar in a butcher shop before. Opened in July 2013, they bill themselves as a German style beer garden. They are known for their burgers, house made sausages, and 24 local craft beers. You can order from the restaurant or get raw meat from their 24 foot meat case. There are two bars inside and out. I came in and made the mistake of ordering from the outside bar which was the first one I came to and was told I had to go to the back. This is the only place that made a big deal about which bar you had to go to and it made me feel a little unwanted but whatever. I finally made it to the back where I was confronted with the unappetizing case of raw meat but at least it was air conditioned and the bathroom was clean. Tables here are communal so you can get to know your neighbor. The food I saw people eating looked good. I was looking for more of a party atmosphere where I could dance and this felt like more of a restaurant although one that definitely caters to the Wynwood nightlife. The friends I was with didn't eat meat so we didn't order food here. If I was looking for a place to eat in Wynwood and get beer I might stop back again. Hopefully after trying the food the cold shoulder impression I got would be more favorable.

The prices of food and alcohol are mid range and on par with most places in Wynwood so expect to spend about $60 for 2 of you. I love the set up- picnic tables outdoors with a bar, and an indoor bar. You’d think it was an actual butcher shop selling meat but it isn’t. However it does have the cuts of cold meats they are serving that day well displayed. Great service, friendly staff who seem to be mostly mixologists so each drink seems like a masterpiece. Expect bar food and friendly faces.

Granted the group I was a part of it showed up with about 30 people so it's very difficult to handle all of us at the same time. That being said the young lady who was the server for our entire group did a phenomenal job and additionally the food came out in a timely manner and was for the most part correct. The food itself was decent enough nothing to write home about it was definitely not bad. We enjoyed our stay and had a few drinks as well. All in all the prices aren't bad and the food is pretty good. Would highly recommend stopping by here if you're in the Miami area!

This was my boyfriend's and I first time vacationing in Miami, but we have a rule always ask a local resident where to eat! This is how we stumble on this amazing restaurant. The burgers were so good! It was funny too, because I ordered a specialty burger with cheese. I looked at my burger and informed the server that "my burger doesn't have cheese!" To my surprise the cheese was cooked on the inside of a very meaty patty. To say I was shook is an understatement. Prices were reasonable for Miami, but the food is highly recommended!

Stopped here for lunch and later for dinner. Great service and the food was excellent. Have to admit I preferred my daughter’s fish tacos to my steak sandwich but both were very good. We ended up eating here twice during our visit to Miami. It’s less crazy during the day then evening if that’s a concern for you. Service was equally good at both times of day- attentive and responsive without being cloying. I highly recommend having a meal here.

2 vodka drinks, 2 IPAs, 1 glass of wine, 4 shots of tequila and a pretzel bread ~$200... We had to personally call the waitress to come to our table, several times, we had to order twice because they never got back, drinks watered down before the pretzel arrived ...and at the end of the night when we didn't leave the tip they were apparently expecting they gave the check back to my girlfriend to "review our choices" while I was at the restroom. Who the hell do you think you are?...how can you be so rude of ashaming your customers like that... You deserved less... Your place stinks...you're so so lucky to be in wynwood

I have been here a handful of times and have always been disappointed with the service. We arrived at 9 pm and finished around 10:30. In fact, I am here right now waiting over an hour to close out. Tonight, we came with a group of 20. I understand it is overwhelming to have to attend to that amount of people at once (I was a server for over 3 years). The POS system is the same all around. The server said she could separate the check. At the end, it all came on one bill. Many paid with cash and each time she kept saying that a different amount was due. First it was $4, then $77 and now over $100. We are absolutely fed up. This is not the only time that we receive this horrible service. The other instance, the same server sat us down asked what my boyfriend and I wanted to drink... then nothing. We are patient people. After 10 minutes we went to the bar and ordered there. She comes over and asks what we want to order. We were flabbergasted. The food is ok, but the service is the worst. Edit: It is 11:40 and there was a group that sat an hour after us of about 12 to 15. They just left and we are still waiting.

Super cool garden theme full bar with lots of beer options and restaurant with quite a few foodie options. Open and inside areas so you can get AC or natural air whichever you prefer. The staff and servers were friendly and helpful, I ordered a drink and just asked to swap the alcohol which Im glad they did cause some places are strict about that! Definitely a cool place CHECK IT OUT!!! Grab a quick drink =)

Pros & Cons

The food is delicious (Lamb-Feta Burger), the drinks were good (Long Island). The only complaint I really have is that the bathroom is filthy and the place allows smoking inside as per our server (they sell cigarettes). Tip is included in your check so be aware of that however its not too bad. The server checked on us a few times and it felt like he moved on to another table after that but came back after we asked for him twice. Overall I liked it and will be ordering to go next time or I'll visit during the day.

But when we arrived, there were plenty of open tables. They took our name and we waited. Almost half hr later, we asked when we saw other people being seated and not us and then they said "oh, we will seat you now!". Why makes us wait then? I feel that we were completely forgotten and without us asking, we would still be waiting

So, here's an issue. I love this place. Food is great. But the last time I went here, on the evening of the July 10th, the service was insane. One person working the bar, so beers took 30 minutes to arrive. Food took an hour to turn up, during which time we were presented with food orders for other tables twice. We could see servers and the manager for the night arguing. We received two different explanations for why the food was late and the service was bad.

This place was my favorite all time burger place and go-to when showing family around the city. I took my family yesterday and they sat us by plants that were in my face and brushing up on me the whole night. ( last table to the left by the cow). We ordered burgers. My husband and I ordered our favorite the bacon gorgonzola and sweet potato fries. I ask that my burger be at medium well temperature. It came burnt and dry with no flavor. Waiter barely came to check on us. I basically had to waive other servers down for refills. I asked for the special honey sauce that makes the sweet potato fries the best and the person's response was sorry we had a rush in the morning and we are out. All of our burger's temperatures were wrong and at this point (45 min wait) we were too hungry to have another made. I was truly embarrassed with my family visiting from Colombia as I ranted for hours about this place. It's not the same as it was before.

This spot has been my favorite place to grab a beer and just chill since it opened. I love their beer selection and the food is quite delicious. They actually have a functioning butcher shop inside that you can get some of their signature cuts and burgers to take home if you choose to cook at home. I take every out of town guest here I can.

We had no idea it was a high demand place until we were leaving and there were 30-50 people waiting to get it. The tower of beer is perfect for a group, and the steak or giant hot dog a great companion.

Ducked in with the 6 Foot Blonde on a Friday to try the food and do some recon and foodie stuff and it was a fine time, here's why: * Amir introduced me to the brand and Fred the proprietor * Full liquor bar * Excellent and knowledgeable and honest service from our rockstar bartender, Patrick * We sat at the bar on the A/C side * The other side had misters cranking So, we tried the Skirt Steak entree and the Polish Kielbasa Platter. Skirt Steak * Best sear I have ever had on a skirt steak. Impressive. * Cooked perfectly * We chose the spicy rub, home run! * Well seasoned * Accompanied by a side "salad" that was lettuce free and appropriate for the meat Polish Kielbasa * Cooked perfectly * Served on a pretzel bun * Accompanied by caramelized onions (OMG) * Also accompanied by Sauerkraut. The most finely sliced and subtle 'kraut I have ever had I'm 53 years old. That was the best Kielbasa I have ever eaten. Good stuff, can't wait to work my way through the menu. See you there! Cabeza OUT!

So whoever reads this a new customer or management please ask for them and give them a thank you for making the restaurant enjoyable! The Food: I have to the two things that won for me was the duck wings and the pretzel, although I wasn’t a fan of the sauces, the homemade ranch that came with wings,was packed with dill and was a bit overpowering almost tasted like tarter sauce without the sweet relish. The stone ground mustard was ok I would have liked it without the sweetness. The cheese sauce was very bland and grainy don’t think the bechamel was passed through a sieve. The Brisket: While it was not on the menu, Sunny informed me that they do have some available,I simply said let’s do it. Let me tell you it was delicious but please for the love of humanity ask for the BBQ sauce on the side! I felt like I needed a straw for the brisket,tons of sauce just drowning that beautiful meat. A gallon of sweet bbq I cried a little inside. Meat platter: Excellent nuff said just don’t order fries they get cold real fast, no ones fault just how it is. Go for the sprouts! Mac and cheese: I am sad to say this time I went the Mac was a fail, same as the cheese sauce above bland and grainy. I will give it another chance before I just stick to something else. The end: I like this place and would like to eventually love it, the front of house is 5 star at least for my experience small things are the big things for me,because the small things happen the most. Maybe I well be heard or maybe they might just say F$&@ you Manny! Either way I will go back here again and give it another shot, also the Dude with the giant beard who walks around, don’t be intimidated by him forgot his name but a cool guy!

Great food! My husband and friend had smoked meat platters; I went with the vegan burger and fries. Everything was top notch and our server Julio gave us great service and attention. Great layout too and the bathrooms even have shelves for your drinks. 10/10 would visit again. (The vegan burger has a little spice but nothing extreme. Definitely not your boring basic veggie burger).

This place really is a butcher shop. In the back by the bathrooms is a meat counter full of meats to purchase. Beware Vegans! I had skirt steak med rare. Meat was tender and flavor full. They put sauses o on the side which is very helpful. Ordered the Bavarian pretzel. Huge cooked perfect with mustard on side. You can't go wrong here. Beer was plenty full. Lots on tap. The staff was helpful and cheerful. Our waiter was very attentive to our needs and explained everything on the menu. No pushing us out to flip the table.

The worst place in Miami. Non of our burgers came as requested (with the right temperature). The sauce didn’t come on the side as requested. They forgot the kids food and pretended they didn’t by cooking them really quick, and leaving their Burgers raw! Then, when we requested to speak with the manager she came and asked what she could to for us, and I asked her to bring a lemonade to my kid- and guess what?? She never brought. And the food was really OK, nothing out of the ordinary or super special. What a joke. Never again and I will make sure to tell all the people I know in Miami.

First time visiting and I'll definitely be back. I had the Prickly Pear and the Butcher Manhattan off their speciality cocktails menu. Absolutely delicious. The live band was dope and the service was dope also.

This place has THE BEST SHORT RIBS ever. I'm sure my photo won't do justice but hey, it's an attempt. Our waiter, Julio, was the nicest guy and he really made sure that we had everything we could wish for. If you're in Miami, make sure to visit this place. You'll love it. Guaranteed.

I was ready to give this place a 1 or 2 but the waitress was amazing and she can’t control the kitchen. This place takes a long time to prepare your food but when it comes it’s really good. The staff is super friendly but can someone get the kitchen moving. I mean it wasn’t even busy when we ordered and it took 40 plus minutes to get our food. Awesome location, great waitress staff but horribly slow kitchen. Be prepared to wait.

I have been here a handful of times because I understand sometimes places have an off night. The concept is cool and the spot is cozy and inviting with decent prices. The service is and has always been an issue, will not be back because of that sole reason. Late food, slow drinks and cranky front of house staff makes for a bad experience. Food was not bad.

Came here for my first time staff was amazing. Had a girls night with my coworkers and location is in the best place. Came during happy hour and the drinks were really good and different the appetizer were a little disappointing cause there were small so definitely not something to share but overall the food was amazing and the atmosphere was amazing! New favorite spot to go!
