I went in today to buy some veal, thin sliced. I was told by the owner that they need 24 hours and they “can’t stop what they’re doing” to help me. There was no one else in the store and it would have taken 5 minutes to slice it and they would have had $100 for the 4 pounds I wanted. She might be a skilled butcher but a terrible and inconsiderate business person. That wasn’t my first time there but it’s definitely my last!

This is a friendly high quality butcher shop. Their Angus Certified beef is excellent as is the pork and prepared food selection. I shop there for all of my meats.

The ONLY place in Vero Beach to get the highest quality beef, domestic lamb, poultry and all of your meat! The owner, Michelle, is wonderful and so accommodating! She also cooks all her meals on-site with no preservatives and they are to die for! This shop makes quality meals that are nutritious and so easy to prepare during the week. You have to check this place out, the service and quality is really extraordinary!
