Store manager was very rude. Refused to return two candles with receipt because she said they were used. They lost me as a customer for sure. I thought their return policy was hassle free.

I was very disappointed in my black friday experience at Yankee Candle. The sign said every item in the store was buy 3 get 3 for free. I was hoodwinked! The fine print said not the woodwicks but the woodwicks are my cup of tea, so to speak. The clerk was very nice but i still felt tricked, as if his smile was the makeup covering a cold sore on the devil's bottom. Well the cold sore needs to be removed!

Store has really gone downhill... too many "recycled" scents, decor has become "cheap" looking and the current staff is not only overwhelmingly annoying, but also VERY unprofessional. No one needs to be badgered as soon as they enter a store with "are ya using a coupon today?!" followed by "excellent, right on" when you answer yes. I left without making a purchase & gave my coupon to a fellow shopper on my way out the door. Was able to successfully complete candle shopping at Bath & Body Works however AND used an excellent coupon. Won't be returning to Yankee Candle anytime soon, that's for sure.

The store is super clean, and the staff is very knowledgable about the products! A little pricy, but the little samplers last awhile. They do rotate scents, so you might not always be able to find the one you found a few months prior, but it gives you a chance to smell new things. My favourite summer scent is watermelon — it's super sweet and fruity. For fall scents, they're all super great. I just added pumpkin ginger bark, pomegranate cider, and apple cider to my collection. I do wish they had a bigger section for candle-holders, though.

Clean and friendly store. Employees were knowledgeable. Came in here for some wax melts and car air freshener. Asked for something that smelled like baked goods. Walked out with cafe al fresco & chocolate layer cake ☺️
