I Love Redners, im about 5 mins. away from them. I teally love there different meats 5 for $19.95 you cant beat that price. They have what i need and all employess very friendly. I have to give the employee who helps me with my weight watchers meals that works in frozen foods a BIG THANK-YOU! For always being there for me!! All workers are so friendly and i dont wait long to check out either. THANK-YOU REDNERS!!!! Most of all googd management!!!!!☺

Plenty of carts - easy access small carts Fruits and vegetables produce section neat and clean, but just like other redners in the area poor quality. Sadly I don't shop redners like I use too do to the drop in quality.

I come to this store all the time. It’s convenient and usually has what I’m looking for. I am not impressed with some of the staff. Specifically Rose. She has been my cashier on two different occasions. She is condescending and short with customers. I have been spoken so rudely that the first time it happened I actually said something to her about it. Today I knew I was standing in her line and I was hoping the first time had been a mistake. It was my mistake being in her line. I asked if I had any rewards and her response was rude and unnecessary. A simple no would have been sufficient. Next time I am in the store I will avoid her line. That women should not be working in direct contact with customers.

I drove across town to visit that Redners bc of strictly for the salad bar. It was disgusting. Crusty tuna salad. Brown lettuce. Told manager. He apologized. Went back by and a young man had a rag in his hand just wiping in circles.

Since I was let go from this company, nobody can stop my freewill, thoughts and opinions on this "hole". First off , if you have any criminal background and your hired...don't expect to be there long! They will wait till you are settled in and then screw you over. Secondly, employee participation and goal oriented...hahahahaha. Everyone is out for themselves, and the handful of good managers and coworkers is outnumbered by people there stepping on your KNECK to make 25 cents more an hour. Food prices average, cleanliness behind the scenes is disgusting. Don't be surprised if you want porkchops, and with it you receive a 9 day old piece of chicken put in the bag just to make weight. I use to like Redners, but after the treatment I received, I wouldn't buy dog food from this prison camp. No job is worth the hassle of trying to prove your a different human being and then having something that happens 9 years ago thrown in your face. Good ridence to what Earl and his ugly wife Redner has done...started a chain of poison in Delaware. It's Acme, Roses, Ames, and Meatland all over again. Go to a mom and pop store...where values are still there!!!!

This is my go-to grocery store. Fair prices and have deals and sales that change regularly. A wide selection of products, enough to get all your grocery shopping done in one go. Most of the workers are polite, sociable, and a pleasure to talk to (however have had a bad experience before). If you're looking for a grocer, then this is a decent option in the Dover area.

The last two times I have been in there has been a young blonde female cashier who rung up my groceries. Both times she made rude comments about what I was buying. However, the second interaction left me with a bad taste in my mouth. (1) It's none of your business what food I'm purchasing and who it's for, and (2) It doesn't give you the right to comment on my diet and how unhealthy you may find it. You don't know why I'm purchasing these items and for whom. So I'd rather not hear your opinion on it in front of a line of customers. Someone should let her know that she shouldn't do this, because it's extremely rude and off-putting. I've heard her do it to others standing in line in front of me. I'm going to stop shopping here because I don't want to end up in her line again, embarrassed by her because she just blurts out whatever she's thinking.
