Other than Fresh Market, this is the best of two places for produce in Rehoboth. The meat market has a high standard for quality as well . The seafood is not however, when you live at the beach you expect to see fresh instead of previously Frozen or farm raised. I assume they just cannot compete with Big Fish. As far as canned goods and boxed goods go, they are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Staff is helpful and friendly

Good, wide variety of food selection, clean. Only complaints is that even though they are the same brand as Stop & Shop, they do not accept the S&S card for points, but worse than that, the cashier told us that they didn't even accept Giant rewards cards from other states.

All purpose super market. Friendly. Easy parking. Has all the expected chain-store stuff: bakery, butcher, soft drinks, knick knacks like charcoal and spatulas. No booze. Delaware law says all booze has to be sold through a distributor or served open at a restaurant. No problem, there are liquor stores right across the street if that's what you want.

Best supermarket in the area for both price and selection. Mostly friendly staff (a few could polish it up a little), and lots of registers that keep lines short. Keep an eye out for out-of-date items, particularly in the dairy section.

It's a pretty good grocery store to go get food or toiletries you'll need, I think most of the stuff is priced like you'd expect at other stories. The deli was nice for any lunch meat or cheese you'd need and the employees behind the counter were nice.

Very clean, Great selection and good service, without sales tax. If they don't carry an item that you are looking for, they will special order it for you. The aisles are often cluttered with stocking carts, however, and the butcher is often unavailable, otherwise would be five star.

The only reason I shop at giant is to get fresh vegetables. Otherwise, every two weeks I'd drive to the Wall Mart in Georgetown to do the bulk of my food shopping. Prices at giant are a rip-off at the Rehoboth store. I think they are price gougers. I can get the same products 20 per-cent cheaper.

AWESOME selection of vegan, vegetarian and health foods !! I couldn't believe the variety, they had everything from veggie burgers to vegan ice cream bars to vegan cheese and "chicken" nuggets. Everything was fairly priced, and way cheaper than whole foods and other health stores alike.

Its Giant but For such a big store, its really the same stuff as little stores and just the same SKU on a shelf. The salad bar isnt bad but most things are not fresh made on site. Takes a while to get through the store due to its size, a big time waster at the beach when time is of essence to get back to the fun. I think Food Lion does a better job with the exception of Giants salad bar that isn't bad and worth the trip if you are for that. My recommendation is for giant to expand the salad bar like whole foods.

Some of my favorite foods I can get there, like barbeque chicken. The store is clean and the staff are very kind. You can get everything there from a bouquet of flowers to a mega Hershey bar. You should definitely go there. Also, the deli takes a bit slow. But if you are patient, you can get your order soon. Such a great place that I can't recommend more.

Usually this store is great. Tonight, I simply went in to pick up a decent meal for myself after coming off of a night shift. I get it, it's 640pm.....things are closing. I went to seafood and asked for a half pound of shrimp. I asked if they still steamed them, I could tell by his reaction....not interested!! He said we do, but I have a list to get to. We steam until 8pm, but I have to start this list. Obviously, he did not want to do the steaming, so I just said I'd do at home. First I didn't want him to wreck shrimp and second, I obviously overwhelmed him by asking to steam a half pound of shrimp. I did not have the heart to tell this older gentleman that if he wanted to see a list that I walk into each day at my job, he'd be glad to just steam shrimp. I guess I'm just disappointed that I was just another inconvenience for someone at their job.

Giant has been a big disappoinment this summer! I have been shopping there since the store has been opened. Always found it to be clean, fresh produce, nice employees. The fresh produce department is always a mess with wilted everything. Seems like fresh market has made staff less interested in cleaning up and keeping the department clean, neat and fresh. The staff there are always talking, joking with each other and NOT doing their job! A couple weeks ago there was no romaine lettuce at all. People will stop coming if that's going to be the norm... And here in strawberry country in the middle of the season, strawberries were still coming from California! How about Florida? The sweet corn was a big disappoinment as well!
