Every time we come here, they are incredibly friendly, and professional. They never have a problem answering all my dumb questions! :-) But most importantly when we had our hog process there, they did an amazing job! And the cured meat, is the best we've ever had. They're smoking and seasoning, is phenomenal!! Our Christmas ham was the star of Christmas dinner for our party! I highly recommend them. They also have a great selection of meats and cheese to purchase. We always get our ground beef from them.

Picked up whole beef not provided boxes or bags or told to furnish our own, Dumped meat lose in back of vehicle had to sort it for two families at home very inconvenient.

Ive had my pork processed at Simla and Ted Bakers before. Wanted to try someone new. Very impressed, i feel like i got the pigs i dropped off and not some older pork like i felt that happened with Simila. The prices are a lil higher but worth it. Ill be using Elizabeth's meat locker in the future! Good people, good workmanship. I do wish they provided the meats boxed, the other processors are cheaper and they provided boxes.

I have had my hogs, steers, lambs processed here for quite a few years . When we unload, the same calm, sweet guy has always been there. He slowly walks the hogs to the building where they have nice cool dirt and a full water trough to drink from. These are the nicest, most calm, humane people I have ever dealt with. I have had a bad experience at other processors. No, the building is not state of the art new, but I have had the tour of the processing area, and it is very clean. Their ham curing is the best I have ever tasted. (Comparing it to many places I have lived in the country). The kindness of the people towards me and my animals keep me coming back.

I have used Elizabeth Locker to do my hog killing for two years. Last year my hogs were quite stressed, which shows up in red spots in the pork. This year one also had a broken leg. My neighbor had three hogs processed that also were stressed and had broken limbs. The neighbor is also missing two complete sides of bacon, which comes to several missing pounds of meat. We have our cutting and wrapping done at Dave's Customer Cutting in Kiowa and he reported the broken limbs and missing meat. We take very good care of our hogs and although they are going in to be killed, they still deserve humane treatment while in the care of the killing facility.

Great quality meat and good prices, but a terribly creepy atmosphere. Broken down building, rusted shopping carts and letters missing from the sign.... It looks like a bomb shelter from the 70s But friendly lady up front and the meat is always good. P.S. Don't look over the wall at the uhh "pool" sometimes leftovers are chilling in there tell there disposed.

We started going to the locker plant over 45 years ago. Back then we had them butcher our cattle and hogs. They did an excellent job cutting to our specifications. We are off the farm now but we still go there for the excellent quality of meats. Sure beats store bought.
