Great beef (wagyu)! The ground beef for burgers are delicious (pre-padded burgers have a different texture, go with ground). the brisket, amazing! Smoked one for my daughters bday, finally heard what I’ve been working towards, “that’s the best brisket i’ve ever had”.

Fantastic wagyu! Jerky is awesome. Great for snagging a few things for dinner or a special night. They also participate in local CSA and other community events. Great place!
