BEST SHOP EVER! Love me some good meats! Only problem is the Nazi's hanging around outside occasionally dripping in fake blood and accosting people. I still go anyway because there is no place better than here. Hope they take that stupid animal rights sign down. I don't care who says anything, keep the propaganda away from my yummy meats!

Expensive and high quality. Staff know their stuff, and you can get whole cuts of meat to portion at home. The butcher table is right in the middle of this small shop, nothing to hide and proud.

Tried the pork breakfast sausage. Fat content too high. A little too salty. Does not need sugar. Will not form or stay formed as a patty. Breaks into crumbles when cooked. Aside from that the flavor is pretty good.

On New Year's Eve, I went to the shop to buy a steak for my wife and me to have for the special evening's dinner.. I asked for the best they had, and was told a NY steak would be the best and was very tender. the two steaks turned out to be very tough and far from delicious. Ion a restaurant, we would have sent them back. My wife said it was one of her worst meals ever.

This is a real butcher who takes pride in the products he displays and sells. It reminds me of the old time butcher shops that were everywhere at one time but have now vanished. I highly recommend this establishment if you want top quality meats of all kinds , personalized service and a touch of the past with a modern twist. PS : his freshly made Italian sausages are to die for..you can't find this quality and flavor in any other store.

My boyfriend wanted to find a local butcher because buying from a grocery store is a gamble. We decided to go check it out and the service was outstanding and knowledgeable. We purchased a couple of steaks, and a roast. The roast was fantastic and so were the steaks, so much so that we ordered one of their packages. We're recommending this butcher, he's great!!

It's hard to find lard these days, at least around here. They have it. And Schmaltz! Is it expensive? Yes. But you are getting what you pay for including: Local Origin, Humanely Raised, Expertly Butchered - to order with advanced notice!

The staff here are awesome. Supremely helpful with selecting and recommending meats. The "sando of the day" always either looks great (i see it on facebook) /tastes great (i have seen it and i have to eat it). Have purchased a pork butt, breakfast sausages, and bacon here. all SO good. their dog treats are devoured by my boyfriend's dog in a matter of seconds; she loves them so much. Try the beef jerky-it is THE BEST.

Love this place!! A couple friends and I had a scrumptious, fabulous lunch there where we enjoyed the best cheeseburgers ever!! Incredible quality of beef , big , juicy delectable burgers with onions, bacon and cheese. It’s, as the name implies a butcher shop also , offering locally sourced chicken, beef, pork , a variety of meats to buy to go. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, friendly. Prices moderate. Definitely worth checking out.
