You must have seen that it reaches an feddbacks average is very good, indeed, it is the highest score it can achieve., and it's founded on a very large number of feddbacks, so we can say that the valuation is quite faithful. If many people have bothered to rate when they are happy, it works.

As you know, we do not usually stop to place tatings when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...

Simply phenomenal but don’t anyone as i don’t want it to change.

Fantastic butcher shop. I've made my best steaks with meat from this place. Highly recommend the domestic wagyu filet mignon or the dry aged offerings. Today I got an 82 day dry aged new york!

I'm so down for this place! Items aren't overly expensive, and omg that 50/50 burger. Cooked to perfection, bun is yummy, and that aioli which I assume is something Kewpie based. Just two small 2 tops outside for seating. We also bought some meats to take home, more pics to come.

Just had a great trip through the butcher shop. Guy the Butcher was there to great you at the door. I really appreciate the warm but not pushy welcome to the store where you are invited to ask any questions you may have and then are left alone to browse at your convenience. Picked up two 70 day dry aged ny strips for a very reasonable price. Loved the service and the overall quality of the meats but was most impressed by the flavor our our steak. Can't wait to try everything else in the case.

Great place to check out some meat. Very friendly staff and definitely the cleanest and classiest butcher shop I've been to. The imported stuff is obviously very expensive, but the domestic is very reasonable especially for SF. Looking forward to placing some orders for thin sliced beef for hot pot soon.

Moved here 2 months ago and found this gem. I go every two weeks and will get either the dry aged ribeye or the wagyu ribeye and both are to die for. Guy is super knowledgeable and I like how they have it set up like a charcuterie board and you pick the steaks you want. Best quality in SF and has competitive prices compared to other much less quality butchers.

A ridiculously excellent butcher shop -- Jared is passionate and knowledgable, and goes above-and-beyond regarding the customer experience.

The Butcher Shop can be easily missed as the door to the shop is a single door next to a display window of meat. Once inside, your breathe gets taken away by the beauty of these wagyu meats (unless you're not a meat fan). This butcher shop is the largest one to serve wagyu and only place in SF to sell it. The workers there are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to the meats. They take the time to explain each one and help you decide on what you're looking for. The price was really decent too (we went to a different butcher shop after and the prices there were way more expensive! and not as fresh looking). The meats here looked fresh. It ranges from dry age meats, to different kinds of wagyu, ribeye, burger patties, tomahawk, and etc. They even serve wagyu fat ($10) on the side and truffle butter for you to cook with! I will definitely come back to buy more meat and check out their steakhouse one of these days.

Fantastic aged steaks, American Wagyu, prime, many cuts. Extremely knowledgeable owner/ butcher. A great addition to the SF food scene. Prices high but reasonable for what is offered.

James Eastman

Next level modern butcher. For the discerning taste buds including Japanese imported Waygu Beef.

They sell burgers for lunch sometimes. They are a must try

This place is awesome. Not a butcher shop so much as a jewelry store of meat. I’ve always been disappointed by American “wagyu” so it’s nice to be able to get the real deal. And OMG is it good.

Scott Brenner

I paid $20 for a wagyu burger here and it was absolutely incredible.

Courtney Rogin

You haven't really lived until you have purchased wagyu beef from Guy the butcher. This place is straight out of this darn world. You'll not only get the highest quality meat in the city, you'll also learn about where you meat comes from and how it's tended to. The prices are prices so real people can eat amazing meat. Go expecting an experience and enjoy!

Wonderful owner. The meats are displayed beautifully as in a jewelry store. The Wagyu steak melts in your mouth. Also available are other cuts of quality US beef.

I bought half a pound of wagyu steak from this place and the quality was amazing; great marbling and the meat was so tasty. Even though it's more expensive than regular steak, it was worth every penny.

(Translated by Google) Great experience. That was the nicest butcher shop I've ever been to. Very good advice from Guy. An absolute recommendation. Next week I will try out the associated restaurant and then report. The Wagyu T-Bone was excellent

All hail the new butcher King of SF. Simply amazing quality Kobe, Wagyu and house aged meats, and Guy personally takes care of you on your amazing meat journey.

Guy and Jared are the ones to look for at the shop. I've known them since they were at another shop down south in San Mateo. As them for special cuts or longer aged beef. Also this is one of the 5 places in the entire United States that sell certified REAL Kobe beef. They have a nice selection of special Wagyu from specific farms. Remember to check this place out, just dont get addicted.
