Only butcher shop in town. Amazing quality and service. You can find so many specialty items here that you would never be able to find anywhere else. All grass fed beef, best seafood and cheeses. If you want to make a great meal start here! They have two locations now so if your in Temecula it’s a quick drive as well.

Delicious lunch menu. I had the pork belly Reuben and my sister had the turkey. Very helpful staff, willing to answer questions about what ingredients are used in pre-made butcher counter items like the house made sausages and the smoked salmon spread. Glad they opened up a location in Old Town Temecula too though haven't visited that one yet.

Have visited location a few times. Some of the employees provide high level of service. Have been trying to try a sandwich from the location on a few occasions. Upon recent visit attempted to go in and pick up a sandwich that I placed a phone order for. Arrived at location before official closing time and location was closed and employees were leaving upon my arrival.Then I receive a response stating that sandwiches are only available between 11 and 5. I placed an order over the phone for pickup. Not pleased with the response! Nothing stating that the location actually closed before the designated time!

I was in town for training this week and the instructor took us here for lunch. The first day I had the tri-tip sandwich. It was perfect! Came back again the same week, this time I had the smoked duck sandwich! Wow, maybe one of the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life! That same night we decided to grill at the hotel. Picked up some ribeye steaks and sausage. The sausage tasted great on the grill and the steak was awesome! The staff and owner were super friendly too. If you get a chance, check this place out! You won't be disappointed!

I bought some fish (cod) there and it was extremely fishy and my place smelled like fish for several days. I told the person who worked there about it and he just looked at me like I was lying. I was disappointed in the service there but their chicken and meats are good and fresh. Customer service is important and I did not get it. (You missed the point in your response. I was dismissed! I am a Foodie and not a novice to buying fresh food. I expected better) I will be back as your meats and poultry are excellent. Just some feedback for you.

Overpriced. Though makes sense since there isn't much competition here in Murrieta. Unfortunately, this leads to higher prices. If you do your homework you can get better meat few miles from here. Really cramped space. They do not greet you when you go inside the store and no acknowledgement. Some of the staff misinformed about where the meat comes from. Discriminate about who they cater to. If you are looking for organic and grass fed options there isn't any here. Not from here but I would gladly go a few cities over to get healthier options of meat (organic/grass-fed) for the same prices offered here at the same price or even below. Quality doesn't mean overpriced. Also, found it a little odd that their deli lunch menu were equally priced considered the types of meat involved to make them in contrast to what is offered in the butcher isle.

The prices are higher than a grocery store but completely worth it for quality meat. Even if you have no interest in this place as a butcher shop, go for their sandwiches. The quality is so good it makes me wonder how the Jersey Mike’s next door stays in business.

So this place is great. You know it's a decent butcher shop when it doesn't make you want to gag from the smell. We tried the bacon and some sausages. Both were delicious and we will buy again. Very good customer service!

Stopped by yesterday in search of some good home made sausage. Was very surprised to see such a variety of different items. Amazing smoked smell in the air and very clean store. I bought two different types of sausage and they were both great. I live in Long Beach but I will definitely be back with my ice chest.

This place smells amazing when you walk in. I’ve never seen meat look so marbled. I saw this like sausage rolls and decided to get one along with a chicken. They are amazing. I will have to go back for more. I’m looking forward to trying my whole chicken tonight too. Worth checking out and trying some different cuts.
