El Gaucho meat market got a good torta. I love the south american drinks plus they’re always friendly. I just found out today you can have wine from argentina while you wait for your torta. They have plenty of wines to choose from. The torta has the tastiest meat ever. Its combination of ranchera and cesina which are fine mexican style carne asada. The bread is so different in texture and taste. The torta is simple with lettuce tomato and mayo or cream something like that. They also have steak empanadas I'ma try next time I'm in.

This review is for the hot food section. I love the empanadas. We make it a point to come here whenever we visit disneyland in the daytime. A dozen empanadas is $15, and the chimchurri rocks. We usually get the beef or the chicken, but they're all really good, except i don't like the tuna. why 4 stars instead of 5? they only give you 2 chimchurri 1 oz containers per dozen. i think they should give 3 or 4, but they charge 50 cents for each additional.

This is a great meat market if you are looking for Argentine meat cuts. It’s the only place I know in Orange County that has Brazilian style picanha. Their meat is very good quality and I highly recommend to try them. When I do doubt ask the person behind the counter in how to cook specific meat cuts or simply YouTube search them. The little shop beside it makee amazing food too.

I visited El Gaucho to buy some meat for my Parillada I'm making. The butchery area looks very clean and well kept. The meats all look fresh, I bought some spare ribs, Morcia, Argentinian Sausage, flap streak and Sweet Breads. I can't wait to grill these puppies. The most expensive meat was the Spear ribs. I got 4 for $32. But they are thick and meaty. I also bought beef and chicken Empanadas. They were delicious. I actually liked the chicken more. The Chimichuri is actually really good. Garlicky, Oily..... delicious. I will be back to visit my Friends at El Gaucho.

I went there because one of my coworkers suggested it to buy Argentinian Empanadas and Matahambre after my first visit I realized the wide variety of products that they carry! This super market is awesome! They have Colombian, Peruvian, Brazilian and of course Argentinian stuff. Colombian coffee (OMA brand) Even beer sometimes! (AGUILA!) and delicious Argentinean wine! My carnivores friends tell me that the meat is really high quality! The cheese is great and they have a wide variety. Everything at a very decent price and with good customer service why only 4 stars? parking and hours are not so great!

Been going for MANY years and never a problem always friendly service in the past. But the new "girl" is terrible and has a bad attitude!! Some friends said they stopped going there for the same reason. It's very sad that because of a new employee the atmosphere has dropped and the customer service is gone. One of the worst experiences..i have ever had at a restaurant. I brought my family in for breakfast, 6 of us we ordered sandwiches, coffee etc. A $60 Bill. So we sat down pulled 3 small tables together and ate. 2 people came later to do the same next to us and they been told they can't get the table together cause the game was about to start ( France vs. Belgium). Ridiculous! So 5 min after..the owner or the person in charge came over to tell us he needed our table for the customers..(????) There was only 4 people besides us there. I told him if the other non existing people were clients..what was I? And after the money we spent there?.. I never felt so embarrassed.. humiliated and mad at the same time..i stopped up and left...i will never go back...and hope my also argentinian Friends read this..
