Worst job I've ever had. HR has no compassion. They fire you for having to be at the hospital with your dying brother that was having quadruple bypass surgery that i had a doctors note for and every other employeesday i missed. While other employees can have custom schedules to suit their personal needs. No ride no sitter blah blah blah and all leads and supervisors watch soccer games all night. Georges, Tyson's, or Ozark Mountain Poultry are much better places to work from why I've heard the pay is better also. They discriminate and pick and choose who has to follow the rules. The plant manager needs to open their eyes to the people running the place and the way its ran. They have a couple people that do there jobs right and are fair with everyone, but the bad out way the good.

Bad odors emanates from Southeast Poultry Inc, my house is like 2 miles away and odor is really bad all the time I hope more people like me contact the city about this issue to get this place closed. We have great parks in the area but this stinky odors are getting worse day after day I know a lot of people concerned about this issue but not sure if they complained about it. I loved the time while this plant was closed. Baseball park is next to this stinky cloak and is really bad all the time.

N the supervisors of course... They didn't let anybody know... They didn't sanitize the factory. They just kept running the lines like it nothing happen.. I was disgusted... I quit the same week
