Great place with lots of customers. When I was there I saw quail, frog legs, rabbit and lots of standard meats marinated and cajun sausages and foods. Great service and country atmosphere.

All the meat here is made fresh in store and they are really good. The stuffed bell peppers and the stuffed potatoes are amazing. Now my dad wants to come over here. Just be aware that there is no bathroom here.

One of the best cuts of steak you can buy. Graded as USDA Choice, but tastes more like Prime. If you're serious about cooking a great steak, don't waste your time at the grocery store. Get it here!!

The best burgers we've had possibly ever. Their ground chuck gets pounded into patties & thrown on the grill. You won't need salt, seasonings or sauce. It comes off the grill always juicy & with very little shrinkage. Tasty! Their ribeyes are tender, too. If you don't see what you're looking for, just ask. The people at Lagniappe are helpful & very friendly. We are turning into regulars!

Man this place is great. The owners are super nice, friendly and helpful. The price can't be beat. The selections are very broad. If you're looking for real Cajun ran by real Cajuns then this is the place. You'll think you're south of I-10 and have been welcomed your whole life. Only one request. Would like too see more of the steaks as they are great cuts of meat offered unseasoned (I'm sure they would cut the meat for me how I liked if I asked). But when they have Quail, Turducken, whole boneless stuffed chickens for $20!, frog legs, homemade meat, shrimp and crawfish pies that are the best I've ever eaten, boudin (balls available too of course), gator meat and gator legs you name it stuffed in chicken and pork and wrapped in bacon ready to go on the grill or smoker, seafood, homemade boudin, sausages, andoullie and the like then you probably didn't come in for steak anyway but they got it all and I'm telling you they're honest to goodness fair dealing, wonderful people with great food and will prepare any of it for you I believe as well so all you do is pick it up for supper.

The smells are familiar - the food brings u right to cajun country. The pork rinds are so light and crunchy melt in your mouth with just enough of a kick. The lunches are a little peppery but a flavor explosion.

If you want to change from the same old same old, dare to step it up and be bold. Lagniappe offers more flavor to savor. The stuffed jalapeños may have a little bite, but anything wrapped in bacon makes it all right.

We have used them for several catering jobs and the food is always delicious! Also, I have stopped by several times throughout the week for plate lunches; they are great as well!
