Amazing charcuterie and sandwiches. Excellent selection including imported Italian and Spanish cured meats (they carry jamon iberico!) as well delicious house made specialties. Brandon, Tara, and their staff are fantastic. I love seeing a great local place like this succeed. If you live in Little Rock and have never been to HAM, fix that right away!

This was my first visit, and originally I came in looking for a good sandwich. I googled best local sandwich shops and this place popped up with a 97%, and it was close. The menu listed by different people online is not exactly what they had in the shop, but I was still able to find a few that I thought sounded good. Chose the H.A.M. burger at last as a second choice (only sold on Fridays I was told) and I was very glad I did. The burger was so tasty and wonderful!! It was a very lean meat that was still juicy and it had applewood bacon and provolone cheese and all the toppings plus a bag of chips for $9 +tax.

I've been disappointed with the food scene in Little Rock so far. Lots of places with high ratings just did not deliver for me, and I've wondered if the locals have simply been deprived of quality restaurants for so long that they've lowered their standards. Well, H.A.M. meets my exacting standards and more. This is exactly the kind of restaurant I've been searching for, their attention to detail and their love of artisanal meats and cheeses is second to none in Arkansas, and their prices are nothing if not absolutely fair. If you're like me and dissatisfied with the restaurant scene of Little Rock, look no further, this is one place you can trust to get it right every time. They've made a lifetime patron of me and for that I congratulate them.

I was lucky enough to get a Friday burger and I have to say, it lived up to it's reputation. It was probably one of the best burgers I've tried in central Arkansas. FYI, they sold out about 11:30, so if you want one you need to get here EARLY. Restaurant seating is minimal and they only have bottle drinks and a 5 gallon cooler of water, so don't expect to get ice or fountain drinks. :)
