Harpo fed out my calf and then butchered it to my specifications. He did a much better job of fattening the calf than I have done on my own. It's a very clean and organized operation. Thanks Harpo!

Give these folks a try. We have had several animals processed here and can recommend them unequivocally. New owners with a new attitude and it seems to be working. GREAT vacuum packing and portioning. Cut-out seems to be very inclusive and they returned bones that didn't make the eating cuts. BEST PROCESSING EXPERIENCE IN YEARS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND A VISIT AND A TALK TO THE NEW OWNERS.

I took 2 hogs to be butchered. They cured and smoked the bacon and ham for us also. It is some of the best pork I have ever eaten. I will take all my hogs there and tell all my friends about them. I am also getting a side of beef from them and cant wait.

Not to mention, my awesome Father owns and operates the joint and does it well! 5* from his first born :)

Be clear on pricing before reserving a hog. Was told I could purchase hanging hog for a certain price. And was given options to further process the meat. When it came time for delivery I was notified that they would be too busy to deliver the hog without freezing it first.. which was an additional 100.00 .. The butcher then told me he had the hog sold if I didn't want what was being offered.. I understand busy seasons and over commitment, but I was disappointed that I wasn't given what I agreed to purchase and that the only option was "take it or leave it, we are busy".

we have had 2 steers butchered in the last couple of months, for us and our folks,...we were so happy with the quality work that we took the second one in right after we got our first one back...I have to say their work is absolutely top notch...the beef looks beautiful and the vacuum packaging was great...best butchering we've had done...and the place is kept wonderfully clean...we are truly impressed all around, they have a customer here for life...looking forward to getting some pork from them in the near future...the owner is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet...I'd recommend them in a heartbeat
