Always good cuts of meat! Never disappointed.

I am a 66 yr. Old woman on fixed income. I bought one of the frozen bundles of meat for $156. When I got home with it I thawed out some for Sun. Dinner. We could not even eat it because it it was so old almost rotten. It was so brown it was gross n another batch was freezer burnt. When I went to ask for a replacement they called police and made me leave and would not even talk to me. I hope lots of would be customers read this. They were horrible to me. Plus the fact I lost the meat.

The place has all sorts of meats, pork, chicken, seafood, and beefs. Purchased femurs for bone broth, there were excellent. Seems there isn't ever prime grade at this location, only Choice or below, unless you get lucky and find some well marbled steaks.

After my mom has been a customer for several years she had got some bad meat. Upon going to pick up another bundle today she asked to look at the meat she was going to buy. They guy refused to let her check the quality of the product. Saying that the buddles are discounted because they are not picked separately. He then placed her order back in one of the refrigerators. Refused to sell it to her and ignored her. It only proves the poor quality of meat they could be selling.

Paid for a family pack got home old brown meat. Called store was told I don't know how long it was in the car before you got home. Today went back to buy another family pack was told I could not look at the meat. I could buy what was in the glass counter. Then owner was telling me he never heard of any complaints about their meat. Then he removed the meat from the counter and told me to leave if I was going to argue with him. I will never buy from them ever again.

Bought freezer pack and most of meat when thawed out was brown and no good I stopped coming here in past cause of this reason and decided to give it another try and same problem out lots of money now and food for kids I don't recommend this place to anyone

Great meat, great prices. Horrible customer service. I continue to go back here to "support local" and because the meat is so good. However, today may be the last time I go back in to be mistreated as a paying customer. All I wanted today was a 10oz fresh cut fillet. There were maybe 20 already cut and at least 5 whole tenderloins on the butcher block. I asked for one of the fresh cuts and was told they were "for an order". I told the butcher that I did not like the 4 remaining fillets in the case because they were dark brown around the edges. He said the bacon does that. I asked again and he said no to a fresh cut. I said ok and walked out without my pork chops that had been wrapped. I went to Harps and paid more for a lower quality of chops and steaks. If you have ever seen the SNL "soup nazi", then you have seen the "meat nazi" in Grove, OK.
